چکیده
Abstract Characterizing properties of marine subsurface sediment helps with siting for offshore infrastructure. Shear‐wave velocity ( V s ) provides information on the geotechnical seabed. We present our initial efforts to obtain a detailed two‐dimensional model large‐offset multi‐channel seismic (MCS) transect collected in shallow waters across Taiwan Strait using surface waves excited by large volume airgun. derived dispersion curves Scholte along 37.5‐km‐long phase‐shift method and then conducted multimodal inversion down depth 150 m. To estimate dynamic Poisson's ratio transect, we combined compressional wave from traditional MCS semblance analysis. Lastly, approximated attenuation profile. Our results show lateral variation shear‐wave velocity. In north, low‐velocity zone velocities about m/s was identified, while south, found be 300 m/s. With synthetic data, several sensitivity tests were performed derive optimal parameters streamer data. particularly focused source water combination different seabed properties. that can robustly velocity, ratio, data elsewhere based criteria have tested field sets.

Stochastic Seismic Inversion using both Waveform and Traveltime Data and Its Application to Time-lapse Monitoring
A stochastic approach to seismic inversion using the ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF) is proposed. Seismic depth and time image data are used as the input for EnKF stochastic seismic inversion. The sonic log is used to estimate source wavelet and create initial models for the inversion, which provides an efficient integration of sonic log data and seismic data. We use both travel time and waveform...
متن کاملFull waveform inversion of crosswell seismic data using automatic differentiation
Full waveform inversion (FWI) is an effective and efficient data-fitting technique that has been widely used to produce accurate estimation of model parameters in Geophysics. The efficiency and accuracy of FWI are determined by the three main components: numerical solution for forward problem, gradient calculation and model update which usually involves the optimization method. The success of t...

15 صفحه اولon semihypergroups and hypergroups
in this thesis, first the notion of weak mutual associativity (w.m.a.) and the necessary and sufficient condition for a $(l,gamma)$-associated hypersemigroup $(h, ast)$ derived from some family of $lesssim$-preordered semigroups to be a hypergroup, are given. second, by proving the fact that the concrete categories, semihypergroups and hypergroups have not free objects we will introduce t...
15 صفحه اولCombining elevation and NMO corrections to shallow seismic reflection data on rugged topography
The application of the seismic reflection method is often limited in complex terrain areas. The problem is the incorrect correction of time-shifts caused by topography. To apply normal moveout (NMO) correction to reflection data correctly, static corrections are necessary to be applied in advance for the compensation of the time distortions of topography and the time-delays from near-surface we...
